Summer Chill: Restorative Yoga + Sound
Celebrate the Summer Solstice—a time of peak energy, light, and transformation—with Restorative Yoga + Sound led by Ellen & Tina. The solstice symbolizes balance, renewal, and the fullness of life, making it the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner light.
In this 90-minute healing experience, you’ll be guided through fully supported restorative yoga postures, allowing your body to soften and your mind to quiet. Each pose is held for an extended period, encouraging deep rest and energetic realignment. Join BEND Yoga and Scoot & Paddle as they team up for what is sure to be an unforgettable summer experience. We meet at Scoot & Paddle to get our gear, then embark on an hour long paddle along the beautiful Milford coastline during one of the most glorious times of day to be on the water. When back on land, we will salute the setting sun with yoga on the beach ending in a relaxation meditation as we bid the day farewell.
