200 Hour Teacher Training Yoga Alliance accredited

With Danielle Marconi + Guest Teachers

Training only accepts 9 students max.

Next class begins in august 2025.

Our Yoga Teacher Training program is designed for both aspiring teachers and dedicated students ready to deepen their practice and elevate their understanding of yoga—on and off the mat. Whether your goal is to teach or simply grow in your own practice, this immersive experience is a powerful path of personal transformation.

You’ll be guided through a rich blend of yoga traditions, including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, and Kundalini, and explore how to teach and practice them across a range of intensities—from gentle to vigorous. From day one, you’ll engage in deep self-study, uncovering your own patterns, beliefs, and inner truths. Through this process, you’ll cultivate presence, clarity, and confidence—tools that support you in thriving in your work, relationships, and daily life.

The first half of the training focuses on building a strong foundation through functional anatomy, yogic philosophy, mantra, and mudra. We explore the roots of yoga and how its teachings apply in a modern world, while giving you firsthand experience in a variety of styles and practices.

The second half is all about stepping into the role of the teacher. You'll learn the art and science of class design—sequencing, theming, and giving intentional hands-on assists. You'll develop your voice, your confidence, and your ability to hold space. By the end of the program, you'll have the skills and presence to lead safe, impactful, and inspiring classes.

This training is held in a supportive and empowering environment that welcomes all levels. While prior yoga experience is recommended, there are no prerequisites—just a curious mind and an open heart.
