MELT Method Workshop

The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to begin reducing the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. The ultimate goal of MELT is to improve your body’s ability to restore balance and repair itself, which can create remarkable, lasting changes. MELT offers natural pain relief, allowing you to address the true cause of chronic pain, not just mask the symptoms.  So who needs to MELT?  Anyone who experiences inefficiency in their bodies should MELT.   If you can answer yes to one of the following then you have inefficiency in your body.

  • Inflammation?
  • Chronic Pain?
  • Joint Pain or swelling?
  • Stress or depression?
  • Digestive problems?
  • Disruptive sleep?

Who doesn’t experience at least one of these symptoms?  As we age our connective tissue becomes dehydrated and these symptoms can arise in our bodies.  The MELT treatment helps rehydrate our connective tissue and in turn addresses the above issues.

Sunset Paddle and Yoga

Join BEND Yoga and Scoot & Paddle as they team up for what is sure to be an unforgettable summer experience. We meet at Scoot and Paddle to get our gear, then embark on an hour long paddle along the beautiful Milford coastline during one of the most glorious times of day to be on the water. When back on land, we will salute the setting sun with yoga on the beach ending in a relaxation meditation as we bid the day farewell.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine on the beach surrounded by the warm light of the tiki.
