This workshop series will be led by Jessica Northam guiding you through a 2 hour prenatal yoga class of different postures and breathing exercises to promote better health during pregnancy, labor, and beyond.
You will learn how to apply and use the breath through each posture to reduce stress, increase circulation, prepare for labor, and more.
You will be given a wide range of anchoring tools to help guide your focus, concentration, and mindfulness throughout your pregnancy and especially during labor.
Sessions include guided practice that supports those trying to conceive, modifications for all trimesters of pregnancy, as well as for postpartum. Classes will include thoughtful sequencing, a breakdown of postures, benefits, restorative asanas,snacks and space to build community.

Vision Boarding, or Dream Boarding, is a simple, fun process of letting your imagination run wild, giving you insight into your soul’s dreams and heart’s desires.
Using images and words from magazines, personal photos and memorabilia or whatever strikes your fancy, a collage is created that speaks to the things, feelings, people, aspirations and experiences that are important and meaningful to you now.
When you tap into your subconscious mind in this playful, stress-free way, it can and will surprise you!
Join us Sunday afternoon and set your dreams on fire.

Feeling stressed out, especially around the Holidays? Restorative Yoga is a delicious way to release the layers of tension that settle themselves into the energetic and physical bodies. In this healing workshop, we will melt into yoga poses that are fully supported by a number of props, so that you are able to experience total relaxation. Theses restorative poses will be sequenced in a way that gently move the spine, refresh internal organs, and restore balance to the body. Each pose will be held for a number of minutes to allow you to truly marinate in the tranquility. All the while being soothed by the sweet sounds of live music. Ending in a gong meditaiton to transform this practice to the ultimate relaxation!
You will not only leave feeling relaxed and restored, but will be equipped with the knowledge to re-create some of the postures in your own home or office.
No yoga experience necessary.
